Sanjiv Mital is an industry veteran, with close to 30 years of experience in the highly dynamic telecom space. At Infozech,Sanjiv is focused on strategic relationships and providing the direction for future growth.
Sanjiv brings to the table a wide range of experience in senior sales and marketing roles with major industry players such as Wipro and IBM while displaying an entrepreneurial streak with start-ups such as BhartiTelesoft.
Sanjiv is now focused on exploiting his wide experience to help emerging companies in the rapidly growing ICT space as the founder of Saarthi Enterprises.
Sanjiv is an Engineer from IIT Kanpur and did his MBA from IIM Calcutta.
Ankur Lal

Ankur Lal has more than 18 years of experience in the IT and telecom solutions industry. His expertise in designing and implementing state-of-the-art, user-friendly software solutions for Next-Gen telecom service providers empowering these companies to compete globally.
Ankur’s commitment and passion to the industry are evident from his eagerness to pursue a diverse range of projects and step into newer markets and technologies.
As a frequent speaker at global conferences on Billing and OSS-related issues and a prolific writer, he has been contributing extensively to leading Indian and overseas business publications.
One of the country's leading business dailies, the Economic Times, named Infozech as one of the ten Cutting Edge boutique firms that will form a part of the next Indian IT wave and Ankur is clearly one of its founding visionaries.
Ankur holds an Engineering Degree from IIT, Delhi.
Sanjeev Goel
Chief Operating Officer
Sanjeev Goel has over 16 years of experience in Telecom Billing system implementations for IP, Wireline and Wireless telecom service providers. He heads the Telecom Operations Group at Infozech.
Sanjeev has expertise in Business Process Engineering and automating telecom processes and has been instrumental in providing several key solutions in the areas of Telecom billing, integration of Infozech's products with third-party protocols and mission-critical business applications. He has worked closely with Infozech's overseas clients in many countries in Europe and the APAC region besides the US and Bangladesh, helping them use technology to achieve their business objectives.
Sanjeev holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Delhi University.
Uma Kant Kachru
Vice President - Sales
Uma Kant Kachru, is a pioneer in IT and Telecom VAS field with over 30 years of experience.
Umakant heads the Business Development function at Infozech and brings his passionate zeal to understand customer requirements and providing them with appropriate solutions that best fit their needs.
He has held leadership roles heading Business Operations for telecom companies in the SAARC region and managing large accounts like Vodafone, Idea, Tata, Aircel etc. and relationships with Network Equipment Manufacturers like NSN, Ericsson, Motorola etc.
Umakant is a keen HR Trainer in the field of Leadership, Motivation and Customer Orientation.
Umakant holds a post graduate degree in Physics from MS University, Baroda.
Shashank Tandon
Associate Vice President
Shashank Tandon leads the Solutions and Pre-sales function at Infozech. With an experience spanning 14 years, he has been involved in creating innovative solutions for Telecom customers particularly in the areas of Prepaid Charging, Mediation, Rating, triple play billing and Provisioning.
Shashank’s experience with sales and deployment initiatives in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America and Australia gives him the expertise to help with Infozech’s engagements in these countries.
Shashank possesses an excellent understanding of processes and practices of Telecom Service Providers. His high levels of motivation and passion for challenging customer and partner environments have been a constant source of inspiration for younger team members at Infozech.
Shashank holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from IET, Lucknow.
