    Infozech today announced the launch of IntelliPlus, an advanced application that aims at addressing the problem of high customer churn faced by Communication Service Providers. Infozech will provide end-to-end Managed Services for inter operator billing using its product iCAS (Infozech’s Carrier Access Settlement).iCAS will process over 100 Million UDRs for billing & settlement.   4. Tier-1 Indian Telco selects Infozech’s iRater

    Infozech today announced that it has been selected by a tier 1 Indian telco, one of the premier Telecom companies, to provide iRater the Convergent Rating Engine for its comprehensive rating needs. The Telco has a pan India presence offering Fixed line, CDMA Mobile , GSM and 3G services with over 85 Million subscriber base.

    iRater has been selected because of its robustness, scalability and ability to support the complex pricing and discounting across services including voice, data and 3Gservices. The Telco will leverage iRater’s capabilities to rollout multiple applications including real time credit monitoring and recommendations on the best suited plan for subscribers based on usage patterns. iRater also helps the Service Provider to overcome the limitations of their existing billing system to support multiple services and provide an accurate view of the subscribers usage.

  5. Infozech Launches iDCH, a Cost Effective Roaming Settlement Solution

    Infozech today announced the launch of iDCH, an advanced and cost effective clearing house service targeted at Mobile Service Providers who have entered into active Network Sharing Agreements. Many Service Providers enter into partner agreements to address markets where they have limited or no networks or where they have not been allocated spectrum. This has resulted in the need for roaming settlement between operators for the usage for which the subscriber pays non-roaming tariffs. In order to stay competitive and keep the services profitable it is imperative to keep the cost of service low. Traditional clearing houses are cost prohibitive to perform roaming settlement for such traffic.

    With Infozech's iDCH offering, operators now have a complete infrastructure to manage roaming settlement by outsourcing the roaming settlement to Infozech. CSPs using iDCH will have their end-to-end process ownership transferred to Infozech with no change to the existing environment (IT or people). Infozech’s solution allows Service providers to increase operational efficiency by focusing on core activities and improve inter-operator relations by timely and accurate settlement of accounts.

    Infozech’s iDCH has multiple advantages for Network Operators including significant cost savings on Roaming Settlement and greater speed in entering new markets.   6. Infozech’s MAS automates field operations for a tower company

    A leading provider of Passive Infrastructure Services to Mobile Operators in India selected Infozech’s MAS (Mobile Access Server) to mobile enable their Field Force and automate the collection of Site Audit Data. Infozech’s solutions includes a mobile application that is used by the auditors to fill out an audit check list and take photographs of the sites and upload it.

    Infozech’s MAS deployment enables the Service Provider’s field personnel to connect to their back office in real time through mobile applications. It enables real time delivery of business critical information in a secure fashion to field staff and decision makers enabling increased productivity and improved response time. It supports multiple access channels including GPRS and SMS to cover a wide variety of users and applications.

  7. Leading Indian Mobile Operator deploys Infozech’s convergent charging platform

    Infozech announced that it has successfully deployed its Charging Platform for a leading mobile operator in India to enable the charging of premium service calls to the Service Provider’s Contact Center. In a recent regulation TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) allowed Service Providers to charge subscribers for non-complaint related calls placed to their Contact Centers.

    Infozech’s platform enables charging of calls made by Prepaid/ Postpaid subscribers to the Contact Center and enabled the Service Provider to tap into a new revenue stream as Contact Centers do not have charging capabilities.

  8. Infozech deploys ETS for a leading Indian tower company

    Infozech today announced an agreement with a leading provider of passive infrastructure to Mobile Operators in India, to provide ETS for advanced Energy Tracking. Infozech’s Energy Tracking System will enable the tower company to optimize its energy utilization and reduce power & fuel expenses on its tower operations.

    Infozech will offer end to end Managed Service and roll out services in multiple phases across India to cover the 40,000 plus tower sites.

    Infozech’s ETS provides energy cost savings to over 150,000 towers across India. With this deployment, Infozech becomes the leading provider of Energy Tracking Systems to tower companies in India with more than 43% market share.

  9. Vodacom Gated Services selects Infozech’s Convergent Billing System

    Vodacom Gated Services (VGS), a leading South-African Telecommunications Company, selected Infozech’s eBiLL to support the Customer Management and Billing needs of its Multiplay Business. Infozech’s Convergent and end-to-end Billing Solution will address the comprehensive needs of the Service Provider including its Mobile, Broadband, IPTV, Fixed Line, Hosting and email, SaaS and Networking Services as well as its wide array of Prepaid Utilities.
