Communication Service Providers offer a wide range of services across voice, video, data & content to gain market share and ARPU. While CSPs want to increase revenues it is equally important for them to ensure timely collections and improve Cash Flow. CSPs are often faced with subscriber churn because of ‘Bill Shock’ or because the amount payable is beyond the subscriber’s ability to pay.
