Sanjiv Mital is a ICT industry veteran, with close to 30 years experience in this highly dynamic space.

Sanjiv orchestrated  India ’s first management buy-out, taking the helm of Comviva (formerly Bharti Telesoft) in 2001 - a time when the company was facing a very uncertain future, due to the downturn in the overall ICT market. He was instrumental in changing the direction of the company from generic software services to focus on VAS solutions for the telecom industry. Comviva was one of the first companies to realize the value of emerging markets, and started addressing the markets of  India , Asia, Africa and the  Middle East . This was a highly successful strategy with these markets exhibiting rapid growth to drive over subscriber uptake in the global mobile industry.

Having effected a turn-around, Comviva was able to attract significant VC interest and Sequoia and Cisco invested in the company in 2005. As a result, Comviva was able to grow its revenues 20-fold in a 7 year period. In 2008, Sanjiv took on strategic responsibilities as Vice Chairman of the organization and in 2009, Sanjiv moved on.

Having gained a wide range of experience in senior sales and marketing roles with major industry players such as Wipro and IBM as well as displaying his entrepreneurial spirit with start-ups such as Bharti Telesoft, Sanjiv is now focused on exploiting this experience to help emerging companies in the rapidly growing ICT space as the founder of Saarthi Enterprises. At Infozech Sanjiv is focused on strategic relationships and providing the direction for future growth.

Sanjiv is an Engineer from IIT Kanpur and did his MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Ankur Lal

Ankur Lal is CEO, Infozech Software, a leading Billing, Rating and Mediation products company specializing in the telecom space. The organization, with 36 global deployments across five continents, has been recognized by global business intelligence major, Deloitte, as one of the fast growing technology companies in Asia-Pacific. Infozech also made it to the NASSCOM shortlist of 18 Innovative Indian ICT companies for 2003.

A distinguished alumnus of IIT Delhi, he has more than 18 years of experience in the IT and telecom solutions marketplace. His expertise in designing and implementing state-of-the-art, user-friendly software solutions for incumbent global telcos and Next-Gen telecom service providers, has empowered these players with complete Tier I capabilities at competitive prices.

Ankur Lal has worked on applications involving telecom billing and customer care, settlement systems; fax network management systems, complete internet/intranet solutions, management information systems and plant automation and scheduling systems.

He is a frequent speaker at global conferences on Billing and OSS-related issues. A prolific writer, he has been contributing extensively to leading Indian and overseas business publications.

He was recently covered in the Corporate Dossier, of the country's leading business daily, the Economic Times, as one of the ten Cutting Edge boutique firms that will form a part of the next Indian IT wave.

Sanjeev Goel

Sr.Vice President - Product Management and Technical Solutions

Sanjeev Goel has over 16 years experience in Telecom Billing system implementations for IP, Wireline and Wireless telecom service providers. He has expertise in Business process engineering and automating telecom processes.

Sanjeev heads the Telecom Operations Group at Infozech and has been instrumental in providing several key solutions in the areas of Telecom billing, integration of Infozech's products with third-party protocols and mission-critical business applications. He has worked closely with Infozech's clients in Bangkok, Switzerland, Israel, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, the US and Bangladesh, helping them use technology to achieve their business objectives.

Sanjeev holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Delhi University. Before joining Infozech, Sanjeev worked with Motor General Finance (MGF) in India, designing and developing complete Accounting solutions.

Sanjeev is an avid reader and enjoys traveling with his family.

Shashank Tandon

Associate Vice President

Shashank Tandon has 12 years of experience in the areas of technical consulting, software development, implementation and maintenance. He has successfully implemented complex client server applications and has been involved in all phases of software development involving software project management, software quality assurance, implementation and training. He has deployed and maintained large databases for clients such as Embratel Americas entailing database schema creation, data migration, performance monitoring and tuning, access control etc. He has worked with various Case tools, including the Star Designer and has expertise in telecom billing software design and the Oracle, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, COM/DCOM, ASP, MS-Project environments.
